Neltech Group

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between HIRWA LIONEL of Neltech Group ("the Developer/Investor"), reachable at +250787864583 / info@itlionel.xyz, of Kigali, Rwanda; and ___________ ("the Client/Partner"), holder of identity document number ___________, resident of ___________ at ___________, contactable at ___________ and ___________. Emergency contact: ___________ — ___________.

2. Project & Investment

The Developer shall design, build, host and maintain the web project ___________, operating at ___________, and commits development and operational capital of ___________.

3. Revenue Split & Settlement

Net revenue generated by the project shall be split 60% to the Developer and 40% to the Client. Settlement shall occur on a Weekly basis, paid via Bank Transfer. Each party shall maintain transparent records of all revenue received and grant the other reasonable access for verification.

4. Breach & Default Penalty

Failure by either party to transfer the agreed revenue split within fifteen (15) days of the settlement date constitutes an event of default. Upon default, the Developer is automatically granted full technical ownership of the website, its source code, domain, hosting accounts and associated digital assets, and reserves the unconditional right to suspend or terminate site operations until all outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This international agreement is binding across borders and is subject to international arbitration as well as the local debt-recovery and commercial laws in the jurisdiction of either party. Each party irrevocably submits to enforcement proceedings in the courts of the other party's country of residence, and consents to the use of this executed document as primary evidence.

6. Identity Verification

The Client warrants that the identity documents and live verification photograph attached hereto are authentic, current, and belong to the signatory named above.

7. Execution

Handwritten signatures are optional. Where a signature block is left blank, this agreement is executed and validated electronically by the submission record below, together with any identity documents supplied.
